I create lighting concepts and designs for theatre, ballet, opera, concerts, live shows, festivals, exhibitions, presentations and special events. For me, light is not simply a technical means of illuminating the stage. Light is part of the direction. It shapes space, guides the audience's attention, changes the perceived scale of an environment, creates rhythm, atmosphere and emotional states. Sometimes light supports the action. Sometimes light becomes the action.

I can develop a lighting concept and take it through the entire production process — from the first visual idea to the premiere and touring adaptation.
Virtual Stage Model
Creation of a digital model of the stage and performance space, taking into account the architecture of the venue, available equipment and the proposed lighting concept.
Lighting Score
Development of a complete lighting cue sheet and programming of lighting states for all scenes and key moments of the production.
Visual Language
Development of the principles of light, color, shadow, contrast, direction and movement. Creation of lighting content, technical rider, fixture plot, lighting plan and off-stage positions.
Lighting Storyboard
Visualization of the key lighting states for the main scenes — allowing the visual dramaturgy to be understood before entering the stage.
Programming
Working directly with the lighting console operator to program all lighting states and transitions.
Installation
Coordination and participation in the installation of lighting equipment according to the developed concept and technical requirements.
Focus & Technical Rehearsal
Lighting rehearsals with performers in costume, initially without music. Testing all lighting states, transitions, focus points and interaction between light and performers.
Real-Time Dynamics
Full technical rehearsals with performers, costumes and music. Fine-tuning timing, transitions, dynamics and precise synchronization between lighting, movement and musical structure.
Production & Premiere
Final adjustment of the lighting score and participation in the production process through to the premiere. Quality control of the lighting design after the production opens.
Video & Photography
Preparation of lighting states specifically for photography, video recording, trailers and promotional materials.
Lighting Documentation
Delivery of detailed documentation of the lighting score and digital content for future operation and remounting.
Touring Adaptation
Development of installation, focusing and technical-control plans for transferring the production to other venues. The design can be adapted to the capabilities of each theatre and the technical structure of its production team.

LIGHT AS A SECOND LANGUAGE
Light does not simply illuminate a space. It can tell a story.
It can change our perception of time and space, separate reality from a dream, bring an audience closer to a character or create a sense of immense distance.
For me, every beam of light is a sign. Light can express a character's emotional state, reveal the internal dramaturgy of a scene, transform the perception of space and create an invisible architecture around the performance.
Sometimes a subtle change in intensity, direction or color temperature can completely transform the emotional state of a scene.
Light can be atmosphere. Light can be space. Light can be movement. Light can be a character.
That is why the work of a lighting designer does not begin with the question:
“How do we light the stage?”
It begins with another question:
“What should the audience feel and see at this moment?”

LIGHT & TECHNOLOGY
Contemporary theatrical lighting, for me, is a combination of artistic thinking and technology.
I work with:
Moving light Architectural lighting Projection Video mapping Multimedia environments Dynamic lighting scores Synchronization of light, music and video
But technology is never the goal in itself. Technology must serve the image.
